01. Acceptance of Engagement
By referencing, accessing, or utilizing the data labs environment provided by Indus Data Labs ("the Firm"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing this site on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
Our digital assets are intended for professional market research and intelligence purposes. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any interval to reflect changes in the regulatory landscape of Pakistan or shifts in our technical service delivery.
02. Proprietary Intelligence Assets
All original research, proprietary methodologies, interface designs, logos, and data visualizations housed within the Indus Data Labs ecosystem are the exclusive property of the Firm. We provide a limited, non-transferable license to view these materials for informational purposes only.
- Reproduction of market signals for commercial resale is strictly prohibited without a signed Licensing Agreement.
- Automated scraping or extraction of our intelligence databases is monitored and strictly forbidden.
- Users may cite small excerpts of our public findings provided clear attribution is given to Indus Data Labs.
03. Permissible Use Standards
Integrity is the core of our intelligence operations. Users agree not to participate in any activity that interferes with the technical stability or data integrity of our analytics infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to:
Technical Security
Attempts to bypass authentication or probe system vulnerabilities are reported to relevant authorities in Karachi.
Data Manipulation
Injection of false data or mimicking the Firm's market signal outputs is a violation of our core service intent.

04. Limitation of Liability
While our data labs strive for the highest signal accuracy, the intelligence provided is for decision-support only. Indus Data Labs shall not be held liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from the use or interpretation of our research reports or platform data.
"As-Is" Provision: The website and services are provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
05. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our intelligence services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
